nuVPN Gateway
nuVPN Gateway is a VPN gateway that runs on the customer's server, in the cloud or at the office. Employees connect through the nuVPN apps. These guides are for the partner or IT administrator who installs and operates the gateway.

Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Installation code. Generate it in the partner panel. The code is single-use and valid for seven days.
- Dedicated server. We recommend a virtual machine used only for the gateway.
- An address employees can reach. The server's public IP address or domain name, with a UDP port open for connections.
- The latest nuVPN apps, installed on employees' devices.
What stays on the server
Section titled “What stays on the server”Employees' names, email addresses and the labels you assign to devices are stored on the customer's server. nuVPN does not see them. VPN traffic flows between the device and the customer's server, not through nuVPN.
